Day Wise Itinerary
Arrive Srinagar airport, meet our representative and drive to your hotel/Houseboat. Check-in and relax at hotel. Srinagar Lies on the banks of Jhelum River is famous for its gardens, lakes, and beautiful view of snow-clad mountains. While in Srinagar you can experience stay in a Houseboat at Dal or Nageen Lake, enjoy shopping for Handicraft items, dry fruits and taste some mouth watering Wazwan delicacies.
Enjoy breakfast in the morning and later proceed for sightseeing tour of Srinagar city covering Mughal Garden – A group of 3 Garden Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh and Chasme Sahi, Hazratbal Mosque – an important religious site which houses relics related to Prophet Muhammad, Shankracharya Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located on hilltop of Zabarwan mountains. Afternoon enjoy Shikara ride in Dal Lake which will take you through Nehru Park & floating markets. While on Shikara you can see vendors selling flower seeds, Handicraft Items, jewellery and you can also get your photo clicked in traditional Kashmiri dress. Return back to hotel in the evening.
After breakfast at hotel, proceed on a full day excursion to Gulmarg – The Meadow of Flowers. Gulmarg lays 52 Kms west of Srinagar and is a popular skiing destination among domestic and international tourist. The scenic drive to Gulmarg will take you through Apple orchards, Pine and Fir forest. Upon arrival at Gulmarg take a walk or hire a pony to reach Gulmarg Gondola (Cable Car) station. You can take Gondola ride for Phase 1 and phase 2 (at your own cost and subject to weather conditions) and visit Khilanmarg snow point by pony. Other places you can visit are Gulmrag Gold Course and Rani Temple. Return back to Srinagar in the evening.
After relaxed breakfast at hotel, checkout and we will transfer you to Srinagar Airport for your onward Journey.
